Camping & Tents

If you want to sleep out in the “wild” together with other movers at Move Copenhagen – just bring your tent or camping gear.

At our latest Move Copenhagen more then 400 people spend their nights at our camping site, contributed to the cozy and friendly atmosphere doing Move Copenhagen.

The campsite is placed right at the center of it all.

Camping is free and a very cheap way to spend your nights while having fun and moving at Move Copenhagen.

You are free to camp from Monday to Thursday – just note that no toilets, shower etc is provided outside the festival periode.

Food

Move Copenhagen want the meals to be a central gathering for everyone. We have created a dining area where everyone can eat their meals in a cozy atmosphere in the middle of the festival site.

At Refshaleøen (the surrounding area) there plenty of possibilities to buy delicious meals. We have a big Street Food area, Michelin Restaurants, small cafés ect ect. You can also visit lokal supermarkeds and prepare your own meals.

Chose what you like and come and join us at the dining area.

How to get there

Refshaleøen

An old industrial area that was once home to one of the world’s largest shipyards, Now,  Refshaleøen is home to cozy restaurants, cool bars, creative office spaces, activity centers, and music festivals. Only about a 15-minute-bike ride away from the city centre, this place is like a peaceful, undiscovered island in the middle of bustling Copenhagen.

Earlier years, we had a family friendly version of Move with parents and kids. This will not be available at Move Final

We provide plenty of toilets and some showers on the festival grounds. You are also welcome to jump into the harbor, it is clean and safe. But there are NO LIFEGUARDs on duty!

We provide you with a basic setup to charge your phone or camera. Please don’t charge any larger batteries or devices due to the risk of a power surge. Anything you charge is under your own supervision and care. We can not guarantee for safekeeping of your devices.

No, we do not refund tickets. You are welcome to resell your ticket to a friend or via the Facebook group.
As a community builder, we need to know that you are not joining, so please send an email to ticket@movecopenhagen.com – and we might have some waiting in line and we can help facilitate a resell.
